Select your browser or device
> If you have installed HazView from your browser as an app, you still need to reset the cache and cookies from within your browser.
Native App (iOS store, Windows store, Android store)
For an app downloaded from any of the app stores:
- Delete the app.
- Reinstall the app.
Microsoft Edge
For an edge browser or app installed from the Edge browser:
- Open settings at the top right hand side.
- Navigate to cookies and site permissions.
- Select manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Select see all cookies and site data.
- Search for HazView in the search bar.
- Delete the hazview-73551.web.app data.
Safari
For an iPhone using Safari:
- Open your phones Settings.
- Scroll down to Safari.
- Scroll all the way down and select Advanced.
- Select Website Data at the top.
- Select edit on the top right hand side.
- Select “hazview-73351.web.app” and click Delete.
- Reopen your HazView app and confirm you’re back at the login screen.
For a safari desktop browser:
- Open the Safari menu on the top left of your browser and click Settings.
- Navigate to the Privacy tab.
- Select “Manage Website Data”.
- Search for HazView-73551.web.app and select it.
- Select Remove and click done once confirmed.
Chrome
For a chrome browser:
- Open settings at the top right hand side.
- Navigate to Privacy and Security.
- In a desktop browser:
- Select site settings at the bottom.
- In recent activity, select view permissions and data stored across sites.
- In the search bar search for the HazView web app (hazview-73551.web.app data).
- Select the trash can and delete all site data and permissions.
- On a mobile:
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Navigate to advanced and change time range to “All Time”.
- Select checkboxes for cookies, cached images and site settings.
Responsive web app on Android
For a responsive web app on your mobile device:
- Navigate to the HazView app icon.
- Hold it down to open the menu.
- Select Site Settings
- At the bottom of the options select Delete data and reset permissions.
